U.S. Justice Department charges Ukrainian in connection with cyberattacks linked to Russia using cryptocurrency

The U.S. Department of Justice has indicted Victoria Dubranova, a 33-year-old Ukrainian, for supporting Russian cyber groups like CyberArmyofRussia_Reborn and NoName, which conducted DDoS attacks on U.S. Infrastructure.

These groups reportedly received funding from the Russian government and used cryptocurrencies in their operations. Dubranova faces serious charges and a significant prison sentence if found guilty.
