The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange has announced that Bibica JSC will be mandatorily delisted due to losing its public company status effective from September 29, 2025. The BBC stock currently stands at 69,800 VND/share. The delisting is attributed to a too concentrated shareholder structure, with PAN Group holding 98.3% of the shares, violating securities law. Additionally, the Indonesian consumer goods group Sari Murni Abadi (SMA) has acquired all shares from PAN Group. Bibica is a well-known confectionery manufacturer with brands such as Hura, Goody, and Zoo, operating two factories in Long An and Hanoi and boasting a vast distribution network. The company reported revenues of 1,127 billion VND in the first nine months, a 2% increase year-on-year, fulfilling 56% of its profit target.
