Significant Changes at the Company Owning a 9,000 Billion Wind Power Plant in Quang Tri

HID shares of Halcom Vietnam JSC dropped 6.95% to 9,770 VND/share after 14 consecutive gaining sessions. From a peak of 11,150 VND set on December 8, the stock adjusted by 12.4%. In November, Halcom reported a net profit of 59 billion VND for the recent quarter, up from 4 billion VND in the same period last year. The 9,127 billion VND Halcom Hong Duc Wind Power Plant project has been approved for investment, with research results transferred to Vingroup. In November, Vingroup submitted a proposal to implement the project, coinciding with the surge in HID shares. Halcom’s Board also approved a capital restructuring at its subsidiaries, reducing the charter capital of Halcom Wind Power JSC from 66.25 billion VND to 2 billion VND. In Q2 of fiscal year 2025, Halcom recorded revenue of 209 billion VND and a net profit of 59 billion VND.
