GELEX has announced plans to divest by selling 10 million GEE shares, equivalent to 2.74% of GELEX Electric’s capital, during the period from December 17, 2025, to January 15, 2026. After the transaction, GELEX will hold 75.95% of the shares at GELEX Electric, ensuring controlling voting rights. GELEX Electric, one of the two subsidiaries of GELEX Group, currently has 09 subsidiaries and offers a variety of products in the electric value chain, featuring many well-known brands such as CADIVI and THIBIDI. According to financial reports, GELEX Electric achieved a revenue of 18.235 trillion VND in the first 9 months of 2025, up 25% from 2024. Pre-tax profit reached 3.532 trillion VND, a 162% increase. In summary, the company has completed 101% of its profit plan for 2025. As of the trading session on December 12, 2025, GEE shares were listed at 180,000 VND per share; the estimated value of the 10 million shares to be divested is around 1.8 trillion VND.
