In a meeting in early December between FLC Group and the Arab Business Council in Hanoi, Bassam Tabajah praised Vietnam’s investment potential, highlighting the advantages from tourism infrastructure and coastal land. FLC showcased large tourism complexes like FLC Quy Nhơn and FLC Hạ Long, contributing to sustainable economic development. Hương Trần Kiều Dung, FLC’s Deputy Chairwoman, emphasized the importance of international cooperation and commitment to partnering with Arab counterparts. Following the meeting, site surveys will seek investment opportunities. Experts suggest Middle Eastern capital could transform Vietnam’s resort tourism towards international standards. Legally, Dung was sentenced to 8 years and 6 months for fraud and stock market manipulation, later reduced to 3 years and 6 months in June 2025.
