Nguyen Thi Hai, the wife of the late Chairman of Group 911, recently informed the State Securities Commission and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange about her registration to inherit 4 million NO1 shares. The transaction is expected to take place from December 17, 2025, to January 15, 2026, allowing her to increase her ownership percentage from 7.28% to 23.95%, thus becoming the largest shareholder of the group. Hai is the heir of Lu Dinh Tuan, the late Chairman of the Board of Directors of Group 911. The group also announced it would pay a dividend for 2024 to its shareholders at a ratio of 6% on December 29, 2025. Currently, Group 911 reported a significant decrease in profit in Q3 2025, with revenue falling 71% compared to the same period last year due to declining market demand and rising input costs.
