The Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee approved the extension of the completion timeline for the FLC Hilltop Gia Lai Hotel and Commercial Housing Complex project from December 2025 to June 2028. The project is divided into two phases, requiring FLC to complete technical infrastructure and construct 90 housing units. Despite starting in Q3 2019, the project faced legal hurdles that stalled its progress before being restarted. Additionally, the Dak Doa Golf Course project was also approved for investment with a total capital of 1.15 trillion VND, likely to be executed by FLC. FLC is showing signs of recovery in the real estate market with proactive implementations on several projects, such as FLC Tropical City Ha Long and Hausman Premium Residences in Hanoi. By the end of September 2025, FLC had handed over 2,301 out of 3,173 units in key projects.
