Vinhomes Corporation (stock code: VHM) announced its plans to transfer shares of Xây dựng Đại An, resulting in Đại An no longer being a subsidiary of Vinhomes. As of September 30, 2025, Vinhomes held 100% voting rights and 99.9% ownership in Xây dựng Bảo An. Established in November 2009 and headquartered in Hung Yen, Xây dựng Đại An is led by General Director Dương Hồng Anh. As of March 2024, its registered capital increased to 3,500 billion VND. Additionally, on October 17, 2025, VHM’s Board of Directors approved adjustments related to the Hạ Long Xanh Urban Complex project in Quảng Ninh, covering an area of approximately 4,119.23 hectares with a total investment of 456,639 billion VND. The Board has authorized the General Director to handle legal procedures related to the project.
