On December 16, 2025, KIDO Group announced the transfer of 49% equity of KIDO Foods to Nutifood or its designated entity for VND 2.5 trillion. This transaction was previously approved by shareholders. Chairman Tran Kim Thanh is authorized to negotiate and finalize the transaction. KIDO also formalized the sale of 24.03% of KDF in 2023, resolving legal issues for Nutifood, allowing them to take full control of the largest ice cream segment in Vietnam. Additionally, KIDO will reclaim 34 trademarks and 7 trademark applications from the Group, ensuring the buyer fully owns the brand and production system. KIDO will temporarily postpone the 2024 cash dividend plan to focus resources on production amidst challenging economic conditions. In the first nine months of 2025, KIDO reported revenue of VND 6,568 billion, profit of VND 126 billion, and total assets of VND 13,074 billion, down 3% from the beginning of the year.
