Masan Consumer has set the reference price for its listing on HoSE at 212,800 VND per share, with a valuation of approximately 8.6 billion USD, planning to list over 1.07 billion shares. Established in 2000 and a subsidiary of Masan, it is well-known for products such as Chin-su fish sauce and Omachi instant noodles. Masan Consumer leads with 80% market share in essential FMCG sectors and accelerates product development to 6–12 months per product. Revenue growth from 2017 to 2024 is projected at around 13% annually, with net profit increasing by about 20%. The company is realizing its “Go Global” strategy, with international revenue growth estimated at 16% yearly. Chairman Nguyen Dang Quang emphasizes that Masan Consumer is the “crown jewel” of Masan, highlighting its significance in the group’s development strategy.
