DIG transfers over 451,000 m2 at the Đại Phước Ecotourism Urban Area, earning nearly 3,000 billion VND

The Dong Nai Development and Investment Corporation (DIG) has approved the transfer of over 451,000 m² at the Đại Phước Ecotourism Urban Area for a total value of nearly 3,000 billion VND. Part of the transfer to Everland An Giang Corporation covers 143,906 m² valued at 489 billion VND. The remainder of 307,428 m² is transferred to TNT Phú Hòa Corporation valued at 2,465 billion VND. This project spans approximately 465 hectares, with a total investment of 7,506 billion VND, having completed all legal procedures and confirmed eligibility for land use transfer. DIG also increased its ownership stake in DIC Hospitality to 99.36%. However, DIC Hospitality’s business faced challenges with 2024 revenue of over 139 billion VND, a 10% decrease compared to 2023, and a net loss of 25.5 billion VND.
