Each employee brings in nearly 900 million in revenue/month, what is DPM planning for 2026?

The Board of Directors of DPM has outlined its production and business plan for 2026, targeting a total revenue of 15,295 billion VND. DPM aims for labor productivity to reach 917 million VND/person/month. Pre-tax profit is projected at 850 billion VND, with after-tax profit at 680 billion VND, reflecting significant growth compared to the previous year. ROAE and ROA are expected to reach 6.1% and 3.9%, respectively. For production, DPM aims to produce 902,700 tons of Urea, along with NPK and UFC 85 products. The total capital investment requirement for 2026 is 1,163.3 billion VND, fully covered from equity without debt financing. The expected dividend payout ratio is 12% on charter capital. Currently, DPM shares trade around 23,500 VND, with an expected dividend yield of about 5.1%. DPM reported a profit in Q3 that is 3.6 times higher than the same period last year, exceeding targets.
