The New York Stock Exchange is creating a tokenized securities platform that supports continuous trading and instant settlements. This platform aims to meet regulatory standards for transactions using both USD and stablecoins.
Once operational, tokenized stocks will be interchangeable with traditional securities, allowing shareholders to retain their rights, including dividends and corporate governance participation.
