The Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu House Development Joint Stock Company (Hodeco) reported its consolidated financial statements for Q4 2025, with net revenue exceeding VND 175 billion, a 6% increase from the same period last year. Despite challenges in the real estate market, Hodeco recorded financial revenue of over VND 90 billion, primarily from share sales, resulting in a net profit after tax of VND 30.9 billion, an increase of 3,869% compared to the previous year. For the whole year of 2025, net revenue decreased by 16% to VND 456.5 billion, but net profit reached a record VND 641.4 billion, an increase of 860%. Hodeco fully divested from several companies, bringing in hundreds of billions of VND, and total assets increased by 25% to VND 6.084 trillion, with cash and equivalents soaring to nearly VND 500 billion. Hodeco forecasts revenue of VND 2.005 trillion for 2026, 4.4 times that of 2025. The company continues to invest in strategic projects in Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu, anticipating a market recovery.
