Bitwise launches a new ETF that combines Bitcoin and gold

Bitwise Asset Management has launched the Bitwise Proficio Currency Debasement ETF (BPRO) which trades on NYSE. This actively managed fund combines Bitcoin, gold, and mining equities for wealth managers.

BPRO aims to protect against currency debasement, maintaining at least 25% in gold, reflecting recent concerns over Bitcoin’s effectiveness as a hedge against inflation.
