Binance aims to comply with EU crypto regulations by applying for a MiCA license in Greece, as regulators emphasize compliance deadlines. The Hellenic Capital Market Commission will work closely with Binance to implement these regulations.
France indicated that Binance and 89 other crypto firms lack MiCA licenses, which may force operations to cease after the June deadline. Greece still has not issued any MiCA licenses, unlike Germany and the Netherlands.
