On January 28, 2026, FLC Group announced the appointment of Mr. Pham Manh Thang as Chairman of the Founding Council of FLC Biscom and Assistant to the Board of Directors, holding the position of Deputy General Director of FLC Group. Born in 1962, Mr. Thang holds a PhD in Economics and has over 30 years of experience at Vietcombank, where he held various leadership positions. In September 2023, he was appointed CEO of PGBank but resigned from this position in October 2023 to become Chairman of the Board of Directors of PGBank. This appointment comes as FLC is restructuring and reviving several projects in Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Quang Tri, and Gia Lai, including Hausman Premium Residences and FLC Tropical City Ha Long. FLC also announced the takeover of Bamboo Airways in September 2025 and that it will add new aircraft to its fleet in December 2025.
