Billionaire Tran Dinh Long Continues Rooftop Solar Power: Partnership with Indian Giant with 7.5 GW Renewable Energy Worldwide

On January 29, 2026, Hoa Phat Group, led by billionaire Tran Dinh Long, signed a memorandum of understanding for strategic cooperation with Hero Future Energies (HFE) and Horus Power to develop rooftop solar systems in Hoa Phat’s industrial parks. HFE and Horus Power will invest, install, and operate these solar systems under the IPP model. The plan aims to meet the increasing demand for renewable energy from businesses, especially multinational corporations at Hoa Phat’s industrial parks. Director Tran Kien Cuong stated that this partnership helps effectively utilize the roof areas of factories and contributes to sustainable development. Hoa Phat is currently operating multiple industrial parks with high occupancy rates and continues to expand infrastructure investment. HFE is a leading renewable energy company in India with a global capacity of 7.5 GW and is committed to safety in its projects. Besides rooftop solar, Hoa Phat and HFE plan to collaborate in energy storage.
