The financial report for Q4/2025 from Yeah1 (YEG) revealed that Mrs. Ngo Thi Van Hanh, the CEO, received a salary exceeding 3.4 billion VND, representing a 35% increase from the previous year. This translates to about 287 million VND monthly, more than double the average CEO salary in Vietnam, with a minimum average of around 138 million VND. Mrs. Hanh became CEO in September 2023 after joining Yeah1 and has over 24 years of experience in the media industry. Under her leadership, Yeah1 achieved a 61% increase in net revenue, reaching 1.653 trillion VND, despite a nearly 35% drop in net profit due to market fluctuations and advertising policy changes. Additionally, she has helped the company stand out with popular reality television programs.
