In 2025, OCH achieved a revenue of 1.188 trillion VND, a 16.7% increase compared to 2024, exceeding 67% of the profit target set by the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). Pre-tax profit reached 135.6 billion VND and post-tax profit was 100 billion VND. OCH focuses on sustainable development rather than rapid growth, implementing a comprehensive restructuring strategy centered on three pillars: real estate, hotels, and food. The company established One Capital Consumer (OCC) to develop food brands and launched the Dusit Cung Dien Tu Hoa hotel. Additionally, OCH resolved ongoing legal issues in real estate to prepare for a restart phase and considers continuing merger and acquisition (M&A) activities to expand scale and optimize operations. In the long-term plan, OCH intends to increase its charter capital in 2026 to support strategic projects, paving the way for sustainable growth in the future.
