Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk – Code: VNM) has announced the resignation of Mr. Alain Xavier Cany – Board Member, at the request of major shareholder Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd. This occurs as Platinum Victory has reduced its stake from 10.62% to 6.02% and intends to fully divest. Platinum Victory is a subsidiary of the Jardine Matheson group. Meanwhile, SCIC also sold 1.45 million VNM shares and no longer holds any shares. Vinamilk has also planned its annual General Meeting on April 22, 2026. Despite these changes, Vinamilk reported strong business results, with Q4 2025 revenue reaching 17.045 trillion VND, up 10.1%, and total revenue for 2025 hitting a record 63.724 trillion VND.
