Deribit has announced that over 2.5 billion USD in crypto options will expire this Friday, including Bitcoin options valued at 2.15 billion USD and Ethereum options at 408 million USD.
Investors are taking defensive positions, particularly with Bitcoin options heavily concentrated between 80,000 USD and 90,000 USD, while Ethereum options show notable interest around mid-2,000 USD.
