Bitwise submits S-1 registration for Uniswap ETF to SEC

On February 6th, Bitwise submitted its S-1 registration statement to the SEC, aiming to launch the Bitwise Uniswap ETF.

The ETF will be under the management of Bitwise Investment Advisers, with Coinbase Custody serving as the custodian.

At present, the Uniswap ETF does not involve staking, but future amendments could change this.
