Prior to this transaction, Minh held over 176.3 million shares, equating to 2.298%. After completion, his shares would rise to 226.3 million, representing 2.950% of the total. In total, Minh and related parties are expected to own over 2.73 billion shares, accounting for 35.672% of the charter capital.
