The defense for Chen Zhi filed a motion in New York, arguing the government’s claims lacked concrete evidence against him regarding the Bitcoin seizure.

U.S. Authorities seized 127,271 Bitcoins valued at around 15 billion USD. Following international sanctions, numerous regions have frozen over 1 billion USD in assets related to the scam.
