JPMorgan faces lawsuit over alleged involvement in $328 million crypto Ponzi scheme

A group of investors has filed a lawsuit against JPMorgan, claiming the bank enabled Goliath Ventures, which allegedly collected funds through fraudulent means from January 2023 to June 2025.

The complaint alleges that JPMorgan moved approximately $253 million to accounts associated with Goliath, raising concerns about the bank’s oversight during a time of increasing fraud in crypto markets.
