The Securities and Exchange Commission has dismissed its civil fraud case against Nader Al-Naji, founder of BitClout and DeSo, with prejudice. The SEC had alleged in 2024 that Al-Naji misused over $7 million in investor funds for personal expenses. The dismissal with prejudice means the case cannot be refiled.
