Ethereum Pectra upgrade set for early 2025 activation

According to Odaily, the Pectra upgrade for Ethereum is tentatively scheduled to activate on the mainnet in early 2025.

The upgrade aims to address critical flaws in the protocol as a proof-of-stake blockchain. In addition, it also seeks to improve the user experience (UX) when interacting with smart contract applications on Ethereum.
