According to reports, Srivastava accuses a Binance employee of accepting bribes under the guise of providing consulting services. She was dismissed just a month after informing management in April 2023.
The lawsuit comes as Binance faces multiple legal challenges in the US. The company agreed to pay 4.3 billion USD in a settlement, but this does not include the SEC lawsuit.
