0G Foundation reports reward contract breach leading to theft of about 520,000 0G tokens

On December 11, the 0G Foundation disclosed a breach of its rewards contract, leading to the theft of approximately 520,010 0G tokens, 9.93 ETH, and USDT equivalent to 4,200 USD.

Attackers exploited an internal flaw in the Next.js framework for their attack. Despite the breach, core infrastructure and user funds remained unaffected.
