Hải Phòng Police discovered and addressed a serious food safety violation involving 120 tons of substandard pork at Hạ Long Canned Food Company. All the pork tested positive for African swine fever and showed signs of spoilage. Approximately 2 tons of this meat had already been processed into finished products. The investigation has charged 9 individuals for violations of food safety regulations. The case is ongoing, aiming to clarify accountability among related parties.
