The financial reporting season for the first half of 2025 saw impressive profit growth for many companies. VEF (Vietnam Exhibition Center) topped the list with a growth rate of 8,341%, achieving a profit of 19.081 trillion VND, thanks to revenue from transferring part of the Vinhomes Global Gate project. NCB Bank followed with a growth of 6,343%. The electricity sector had 4 representatives in the top 15, including Buon Don Hydropower (1,477%) and Gia Lai Electricity (400%). The securities group occupied 3 spots, with LPBank Securities increasing by 1,807%. Some companies turned from losses to profits, such as EVN Genco3 and Nhon Trach 2 in the electricity sector. Masan MeatLife also went from a loss of 79 billion VND to a profit of 364 billion VND, showing significant business improvement.
