In the first half of 2025, many companies reported impressive profit growth, with VEF leading at 8,341%, thanks to revenue from the Vinhomes Global Gate project. National Citizen Bank (NCB) ranked second with 6,343%. The electricity sector featured four companies, with Buon Don Hydropower experiencing 1,477% growth, and securities firms like LPBank and VIX also showed significant increases. Additionally, several companies transitioned from losses to profits, such as EVN Genco3 and Nhon Trach 2. Meanwhile, the largest losses were seen in the real estate sector, with Novaland among the top loss-makers.
