The financial reporting season for the first half of 2025 has seen several companies achieving impressive profit growth rates. Leading the list is the Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center (VEFAC) with a 8,341% growth, earning a profit of 19.081 trillion VND, attributed to revenue from the transfer of the Vinhomes Global Gate project. National Citizen Bank (NCB) ranks second with a 6,343% growth. The electricity sector has many representatives in the top growth, with Buon Don Hydropower achieving 1,477%, Huong Son Hydropower 1,092%, and Gia Lai Electricity 400%. The securities group features three notable firms including LPBank Securities (1,807%) and VIX Securities (480%). Several companies have turned from losses to profits, such as EVN Genco3 (profit of 987 billion) and Nhon Trach 2 (profit of 408 billion). The wood industry also saw Truong Thanh with a growth of 3,714%. However, many real estate firms are struggling with numerous companies posting significant losses.
