2025 Novaland Annual General Meeting: Recovery Efforts, Novaland Sets Realistic Goals for 2025, Focuses on Legal Issues Resolution

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, Novaland reported its 2024 performance and set goals for 2025. The company aims for revenue to increase by 15-48% but anticipates losses, emphasizing the need to resolve legal issues for its projects. Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon stated that Novaland will open more housing segments for middle-income earners and implement various reform solutions to recover its business. The company will not distribute dividends for 2024 but will retain profits for recovery plans. It also plans to deliver 1,546 products by 2025, especially in Q4. Regarding capital mobilization, Novaland adjusted its share issuance plan and continues to restructure its convertible bond package. The meeting also approved additions to the executive board and plans for employee stock options to incentivize the workforce.
