Chương Dương Corporation (CDC) has announced to the Vietnam Stock Exchange and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange that Mr. Trần Mai Cường has submitted his resignation as a Board Member for personal reasons. His resignation will be presented at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, where an additional Board Member will also be elected for the term 2023 – 2028. The meeting will cover various topics, including the business plan for 2025 and the results of operations in 2024. In 2024, the total production value is expected to be 1.273 trillion VND and a pre-tax profit of about 11.7 billion VND. In 2025, the production value is projected to increase by 151% to 3.198 trillion VND, revenue by 161% to 3.053 trillion VND, and profit to reach 48.5 billion VND, marking an increase of 316%. Chương Dương Corp is known for various major projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
