A board member resigns, APG Securities seeks shareholder opinions on personnel changes

APG Securities Joint Stock Company (ticker: APG) has announced the resignation of Mr. Huỳnh Đức Hùng from his position as an independent board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee for personal reasons. Mr. Hùng was recently elected to the board at the annual general meeting in August 2024. APG will seek shareholder opinions on amendments to the company charter and personnel changes, with the deadline for shareholder registration on June 12. Foreign shareholder Pando I Investment PTE. LTD plans to buy 40 million APG shares from May 20, 2025, to June 18, 2025, increasing their ownership stake to 23.14%. Meanwhile, Chairman Nguyễn Hồ Hưng intends to sell 6 million APG shares, reducing his ownership to 0.35%. Additionally, APG has been fined a total of 120 million VND for violations in information disclosure and reporting timelines as per regulations from the State Securities Commission.
