Truong Long Technical and Automotive Joint Stock Company (HOSR: HTL) announced it will pay a 30% cash dividend for the second round of 2024, equivalent to 3,000 VND/share. The final registration date is November 19, while the ex-dividend date is November 18. The company plans to spend about 36 billion VND on this dividend payout. The shareholder structure is concentrated, with 56.2% owned by the management, and two foreign investors hold 24.6% and 5% stakes, respectively. Despite the concentrated ownership, HTL maintains low liquidity. In December last year, the company paid a 35% dividend for the first round of 2024, bringing the total dividend ratio for 2024 to 65%, the highest in the company’s history. Compared to last year, revenue increased by 27% to nearly 435 billion VND, but net profit decreased by 32% to 13.3 billion VND, achieving 66% of the revenue target and 49% of the yearly profit target.
