In Q4 2025, revenue reached 1.559 trillion VND, but profit after tax declined by 19% due to the absence of profits from subsidiary transfers. Throughout 2025, the company completed land clearance for over 430 hectares and plans to expand its land bank into the South in 2026 with 6 new projects. TAL has received advance payments of 2.446 trillion VND from customers, highlighting growth potential but facing significant liabilities totaling nearly 8.784 trillion VND. Notably, the Long Biên Central project sold 96% of its apartments since its launch in July 2025, bolstering revenue.
