A Company Plans to Pay a Massive Dividend of 330%, Vingroup Could Gain 4.6 Trillion VND

Vietnam Exhibition Center Joint Stock Company (VEFAC) has just announced a plan to pay an interim dividend of 330%, equivalent to 33,000 VND per share, with a total payout of nearly 5.5 trillion VND. Vingroup, owned by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, will receive nearly 4.6 trillion VND due to holding 83.32% of the shares. Previously, VEFAC had distributed dividends for the year 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, with a total rate of 435%. Following this news, VEF shares on the stock exchange surged by over 7%, reaching 176,800 VND per share. VEFAC reported revenue of 44,565 billion VND in the first six months of 2025, a significant increase from just 516 million VND in the same period last year, with net profit after tax reaching 15,250 billion VND, an impressive growth of 8,383%, driven by the transfer and sale of products at the Vinhomes Co Loa project.
