A Consumer Goods Tycoon Aims for Record Revenue, Aspires to Become a “Billion-Dollar Company”

Digiworld Corporation (DGW) is set to hold its annual general meeting on April 25, aiming for record revenue of 25.45 trillion VND and a net profit of 523 billion VND in 2025, with increases of 15% and 18% respectively compared to last year. The company plans to focus on two core growth areas: office equipment and home appliances, projecting revenue growth of 25% to 5.48 trillion VND and 35% to 1.34 trillion VND. In saturated markets like laptops and smartphones, revenues are expected to grow by 9% and 12%. Digiworld will also develop new brands and expand its distribution channels, including launching new products like air conditioners and smartwatches. As of the end of 2024, the company reported a revenue of 22.079 trillion VND, achieving 96% of its target, and a profit of 449 billion VND. A dividend of 5% is expected for shareholders. DGW shares are currently trading around 37,700 VND/share, down 6% from the start of the year.
