The foreign fund Pyn Elite Fund sold more than 1.11 million STB shares (Sacombank) in the session on February 26, reducing its ownership ratio from 6.02% to 5.96%, equivalent to nearly 112.4 million shares. This transaction is estimated to bring the fund about 42.8 billion VND. In February, Pyn sold a total of about 3.4 million shares. Besides Pyn, Norges Bank (under Dragon Capital) also reduced its ownership in Sacombank from 1.27% to 1.1%, currently holding 20.97 million shares. On March 12, the price of STB shares was 39,750 VND/share, up more than 5% since the beginning of the year, with Pyn’s current shares valued at about 4,467 billion VND. Sacombank has finalized the shareholder list for the annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, scheduled to be held on April 25, 2025.
