CTCP Investment and Construction 40 (code: L40) has announced that June 3rd will be the final day to register for shareholders to receive a stock dividend at a rate of 200%. The company plans to issue an additional 7.2 million bonus shares, raising its charter capital from 36 billion VND to 108 billion VND. Recently, L40 has undergone significant changes in its management structure, as all 5 members of its Board of Directors resigned in early March 2025, and new leadership has been elected. In Q1/2025, L40 reported revenues of over 40 billion VND, but net profit was only 14 million VND due to high cost of goods sold. Despite these challenges, L40’s shares are trading at 53,000 VND per share, at their historical peak.
