Joint Stock Company Danh Khoi Group (NRC) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lam Dong Pharmaceutical JSC to cultivate medicinal herbs and develop healthcare products. NRC, which previously aimed to invest in the Dai Nam project owned by entrepreneur Huynh Uy Dung and Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang, is shifting towards high-tech agriculture due to losses in its real estate business. In 2022, NRC reported a loss of 73 billion VND, and in 2023, despite low revenue, it reported a profit thanks to a compensation payment. By 2024, revenues remained weak, with a loss of over 63 billion VND, while assets totaled 2,006 billion VND and cash reserves fell to 470 million VND. Although it planned to raise 1,000 billion VND to purchase part of the Dai Nam project, this plan did not materialize.
