Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) has announced a target pre-tax profit for 2025 of 23 trillion VND, an increase of 9.5% compared to 2024. The total asset is projected to reach 984.967 trillion VND with a growth rate of 14%. In its dividend plan, ACB will distribute 25% to shareholders, of which 15% will be via shares (around 670 million shares) and 10% in cash, equivalent to 4.466 trillion VND. The bank aims to maintain a bad debt ratio below 2%, with loans to customers increasing by 16% to 673.596 trillion VND. Additionally, ACB plans to increase its charter capital from 44.666 trillion VND to 51.366 trillion VND in the third quarter of 2025.
