On February 28, International Commercial Bank (VIB) announced that ACB Securities Company (ACBS) holds over 29.85 million shares of VIB, accounting for 1.002% of the charter capital. The total ownership ratio of ACBS and its related parties is 1.035%, equivalent to more than 30.85 million shares. Earlier, VIB disclosed a list of 18 major shareholders, with Chairman Dang Khac Vy holding 125 million shares, equivalent to 4.949% of the capital. By the end of 2024, VIB recorded a pre-tax profit down 16% to 9,004 billion VND, achieving 75% of the annual plan. The bank’s total assets increased by 20% to 493,158 billion VND, with bad debts at 11,374 billion VND, up 36%. While debts in groups 3 and 4 decreased, group 5 debts rose by 191%. VIB’s shares traded at 20,750 VND/share, up 5.3% from January 2025.
