WinCommerce reported a profit of nearly 6 billion VND for 2024, reversing a loss of over 599 billion VND in the previous year. By the end of 2024, the company had total assets of 18.192 trillion VND and liabilities of over 13.823 trillion VND. After Masan acquired Winmart from Vingroup in 2019, they closed 700 VinMart+ stores and restructured the system. Revenue for 2024 reached 32.961 trillion VND, up 9.7% year-on-year. WinCommerce shifted its focus to improving operational efficiency rather than just store expansion. The WinMart system achieved revenue of 9.248 trillion VND, increasing by 2.5%. For 2025, revenue is projected to reach between 35.600 to 36.900 trillion VND, with plans to open 400-700 mini supermarkets. WinCommerce will continue to expand its network and enhance the WIN member program while also planning new supermarket models and testing agency banking services.
