On December 17, 2025, DICERA Holdings held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Hòa Lân Thuận Giao Apartment Project in Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment of 1.88 trillion VND. The large-scale project is located on Binh Duong Boulevard, promising to develop the northern urban area of Ho Chi Minh City. DICERA completed the acquisition of 99.68% of Trí Holdings’ capital, confirming its role as the project owner and manager. The apartment will be 156.6m tall, consisting of 688 apartments on an area of 6,138.6 m², expected to be completed within 3 years, from Q4 2025 to Q1 2029. The project is oriented towards green development, serving local residents and the young workforce in the industrial area. Mr. Lê Đình Thắng, Chairman of DICERA, stated that the project represents a long-term investment commitment and aims to enhance the living quality for residents.
