After six months of ‘zero’ revenue due to lack of projects, a real estate company unexpectedly announces investment in a 32-storey apartment building in the ‘golden land’ of Cau Giay, with total capital of over 5 trillion VND

The Urban Development Corporation of Tu Liem (Lideco) has announced an investment project for a 32-storey high-rise apartment in Cau Giay, Hanoi, with total capital of 5 trillion VND. The project is built on an area of 4,641 m², comprising 364 apartments and 8,604 m² for commercial utilities, serving about 728 residents. Notably, the project allocates 20.7% for greenery and community living space. Expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2029, the investment capital will be raised from internal and other legal sources. This project has been assigned to Lideco by the Hanoi People’s Committee since 1997, going through several adjustments in capital and completion time. In 2025, Lideco hopes to commence the project after struggling with significant drops in profit and revenue due to the absence of operational projects this year.
