On January 13, AlphaTON, listed on Nasdaq, announced a $46 million agreement with NVIDIA to enhance its Coocon AI network. This deal includes the addition of 576 Nvidia B300 chips, marking AlphaTON’s first large-scale deployment in confidential computing.
To finance the expansion, AlphaTON is contributing $4 million in cash, supplemented by $32.7 million in debt financing and $9.3 million in equity. The chips are scheduled for delivery in February, as Cocoon continues to grow on the TON blockchain.
